Two Weeks ago I was invited to my friends surprise 30th birthday by her husband. This couple has Good looks, style, charisma and perfect etiquette. Yes you're allowed to hate them. Anyway, the invitation was to The Drapers Arms and it was the most wonderful pub dinner I had had in ages!
Inside the gastro pub is (at night) lit with candles and provides a romantic atmosphere and a close and friendly ambience -perfect for an evening with friends. The bar staff are really welcoming.
The food is gorgeous - especially if you love your meat! -Beef, Game, such as Partridge and rabbit can often be found on the menu. And the pudding selection is to die for , Montgomery cheddar, water biscuits & green tomato chutney, Apple sorbet & vodka, Damson & buttermilk pudding, shortbread biscuit -to name but a few!
