So it's like seaweed, with rice spread about a grain thick on top leaving an inch to one end empty, fillings of your choice (salmon, onion, pepper and mushroom was ours -Kara chose to add philadelphia -So American that one!) Spread the width of the sheet -Oh! and wasabi! put that down before the fillings, Oh! and put the roll mat down before everything, and then roll.
Now, this is where it all went wrong... there's a technique to it, don't squish it like when you make burritos! -It was like reliving rolling cigarettes when I was at art college, useless! -May as well of been blindfolded and using my feet! -Got it right the second time round though -Hazarre :)
