Sweet Sweet Thursdays...

Okay so it's the end of the week and its been crazy, so no posts -eee by eck am I bad? -I am!

Now as its Thursday I thought I'd do a tribute to the day and to my wonderful friend Siobhan of the Gallery Cafe, Create-a-Place, hello Flower and Sweet Thursdays! - She's a busy lady -Oh Yes!!

So yup, this wonderfully Creative, PR Manager, Baking, Crafter, Banjo Playing woman makes the most AMAZING Vegan muffins ever - and I do mean that in all honesty and I would stake my reputation on actually the best muffins I ever tasted ever, in the world, they are the Don of all muffins - if she were a man I would probably make her change her name to 'The Muffin Man' via deed-poll. I don't think she'd like it though, but tough, it's my blog! ha!
